This site is a driver performance testing website maintained by the American Safety Council, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “American Safety Council”) for the sole purpose of providing the Driver Performance Analysis System test, which was developed by Dr. Jack K. Weaver Ph.D., for the sole purpose of providing testing intended to measure a motor vehicle operator’s skills in collecting and processing critical traffic information essential for the safe operation of a motor vehicle.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website and other information provided to you by the American Safety Council, portions of this information may be incorrect or out-of-date. Neither the American Safety Council nor its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers warrants the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information provided and shall not be liable for any losses caused by such reliance on the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such information.

Legal Disclaimer
This website provides the DPAS test, which measures a motor vehicle operator’s skills in collecting and processing the critical traffic information that is essential for safe and efficient motor vehicle operation. DPAS is not a crash prediction instrument and is not intended to assess the suitability of motor vehicle operators as to the operation of any particular type of motor vehicle. No representations or warranties, expressed or implied are given regarding the DPAS test or other consequences resulting from the use of the results of a DPAS test taken by motor vehicle operators.
If an order is cancelled after you have made payment but before you attempt to complete the DPAS test, the American Safety Council will refund your total order amount upon receipt of a written request to info@americansafetycouncil.com within 60 days of registering for the DPAS test. No refunds will be issued for failure to complete the DPAS test within the prescribed 90 minutes. Additionally, no refunds will be provided based upon scoring of the test not meeting the driver’s or other testing parties’ expectations.
IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN FULL, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.
